SonyLIV needed a unified, agile Content Management System that could support dynamic content configurations across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.) and adapt to geography-specific requirements. The solution had to reduce reliance on third-party systems and empower SonyLIV's in-house tech team to manage the platform independently.

Our approach

Kellton worked closely with SonyLIV teams to develop two integrated systems: Blitz (a content management system) and Bolt (a front-end configuration tool). These systems were designed to be fully customizable, cost-effective, and capable of managing content across geographies with real-time content management.

Outcomes

The Bolt and Blitz systems provided SonyLIV with full control over their content management and delivery, improving flexibility, scalability, and operational efficiency. The solution significantly reduced maintenance costs and empowered the client’s internal teams to manage and customize content without relying on external vendors.
