The initial challenge revolved around an incompatible legacy system, coupled with a lack of business process monitoring and an absence of data analytics capabilities. Recognizing these obstacles, we focused on identifying comprehensive solutions to modernize and streamline operations.

Our approach

We strategically introduced SAP ERP to seamlessly integrate core functionalities, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Leveraging the user-friendly SAP Fiori, we optimized shop floor management for a more intuitive experience. Furthermore, the integration of ShipERP facilitated advanced shipment tracking, real-time carrier rate quoting, proof of delivery, and label printing.
